January Training & Motivational Development

This is my second blog entry for Training & Motivational Development.  Therefore, looking back at my first entry not much has changed in my direction, however, much has changed in my perspective of the endeavor.  What I know now that I didn’t know then is just how much will need to evolve before this process can actually be realized.

  1. I will say again that the critical people involved in this will be all those that are directly and indirectly involved in the education system.
  2. The role that every person plays in the education system is what are [people] willing to do, to what degree, and when.

As I indicated in my previous entry and now having expanded on it in the opening paragraph of this entry there are a lot of things that challenge and prevent tasks from being accomplished.

My timeline is intended to identify my own personal availability and willingness and not the actual dates/times that I anticipate the tasks to be accomplished.  As I am not physically in a classroom much of my work is done personally not professionally and much of my effort is created from personal desire and not monetary gain or position advancement.  Therefore, I am not limited in time or approval but rather by my personal commitment to participate in a system which directly affects my children and those of all others.

Education is a standard pillar of society upon which all other success is founded.  A society without a relevant and supported education system stands only to be defeated by those with one.  I will continue my participation now and beyond the EMDT program.

  1. It sounds like you have a great support system through this AR process. It is good for you to not have to follow a specific timeline due to school breaks. I’m looking forward to continuing on this journey with you and if you need any help, just ask! 🙂

  2. Rhonda: Very insightful information. Did not know your convictions ran so deep. Refreshing to hear that level of seriousness expressed. It was good to meet you and work with you the short time we did. Take care and best of luck at Full Sail.

  3. I am very happy that you provided an updated blog entry. This was very insightful because it was a very accurate AHA moment for you. I look forward to seeing your process, you are correct it will be different for you since you are not in the classroom. Be mindful of this at all times, documentation the implementation and collecting the data to measure is critical. It wasn’t very clear but have you begun implementation?
